Yue Pheng Chang
After 15 years in the Navy, Yue walked away from stability to pursue what truly mattered—freedom, presence, and purpose. His journey into real estate began with a rookie mistake: accidentally becoming a landlord after botching his first property purchase. But even then, the numbers worked. That messy win sparked a realization—real estate could be the path to lasting wealth and time freedom.
Today, as a father of four and co-founder of Chang & Chica Capital, Yue is building generational wealth through mobile home parks and RV communities. His goal now is to educate others—especially fellow veterans—through the lessons he learned the hard way, and help them achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. He believes that with the right support and mindset, anyone can own assets, raise capital, and rewrite their legacy.
Andrea Chica
Hi, I’m Andrea Chica—Army Officer and real estate investor, focused on building financial freedom through multifamily and outdoor hospitality with Chang & Chica Capital. I believe financial education is the foundation for building generational wealth—and no one should be left out of the conversation. Through commercial real estate, I help people generate passive income so they can stop trading time for money and start living life on their own terms.
My mission is to empower others—especially veterans and underrepresented communities—by making real estate investing more accessible, less intimidating, and community-driven. When we share knowledge and collaborate, we all rise together. Curious about how to start building passive income through real estate? Let’s connect—I’d love to share what I’ve learned and see how we can grow together.
